5. Mr. David Covell - Health Commissioner and Lorain County Public Health Board member Mr. Edward von Hofen will be present to speak to the re-appointment of Mr. von Hofen to the Public Health Board

7. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS FIRST READING: (a) An Ordinance authorizing the Safety/Service Director to enter into a contract to lease to purchase a 2019 Johnston VT651 Street Sweeper through the Ohio State Cooperative Purchasing Program, the total cost not to exceed $312,260.50.00, payable in five annual payments of $62,452.10; and declaring an emergency. (4-19-14) (b) AResolution approving and confirming the appointment of Edward von Hofen as representative of the cities of Amherst and Oberlin on the Lorain County Public Health Board of Health; and declaring an emergency. (a-19-15) (c) An Ordinance authorizing and directing the Safety/Service Director to solicit bids for the North Main Street and Cooper Foster Park Road repairs and improvements project and authorizing and directing the Safety/Service Director to award the contract for such work to the lowers responsive and responsible bidder; authorizing the Mayor to enter into a contract for professional services with Bramhall engineering and Surveying Company relating to such improvements; and declaring an emergency. (A-19-16) (d) An ordinance to amend Ordinance to amend Ordinance 0-19-06 (an Ordinance to appropriate funds for the City of Amherst share for the Cooper Foster Park Road reconstruction project between State Route 58 and Oberlin Avenue; and declaring an emergency) and declaring an emergency. 8. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS SECOND READING: (a) An Ordinance vacating Lorain County Auditor's Permanent Parcel No. 05-00-038-900-003 and retaining a utility easement thereon. (4-19-12)

Miscellaneous and acknowledgement of the public (a) Consideration of a liquor permit for D Tutanellis Pizza for a D1 permit — Beer only for on premise consumption or in original sealed containers for carry out until 1:00 a.m. (b) Consideration of a liquor permit for Giuseppes Wine Cellar for D1 — Beer only for premises consumption or in original sealed containers for carry out until 1:00 a.m. D2 — Wine and mixed beverages for on premises consumption or in original sealed containers for carryout only til 1:00 a. m. and D3 — Spirituous liquor for on premises consumption only until 1:00 a.m.
