SO WHAT THAT MEANS IS BASICALLY, WHEN I GET IN ON THURSDAY MORNING, I CHECK THE TRINETTE TIME OFF REQUEST SYSTEM TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY NEW ONES IN THERE. AND THEN I'LL EITHER APPROVE OR DENY BASED OFF WORKLOAD NEED. AND THEN I WILL ADD THEM INTO OUR NEXT WEEK SCHEDULE. AND THEN BASICALLY, FROM THAT POINT ON, WE ARE PLANNING THE NEXT WEEK SCHEDULE, WE DON'T HAVE A REALLY SOLID IDEA ON WHAT THAT'S GOING TO BE UNTIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON.
