VIII.1. Discuss and consider action on a Resolution approving a Master Service and Purchasing Agreement with Axon Enterprise, Inc. for law enforcement equipment and software. (Staff recommends approval of the item.)

VIII.2. Discuss and consider action on a Resolution approving an Agreement between the City of Forney and Motorola Solutions, Inc. for purchase, installation and configuration of NICE Logging Recorder Equipment, ASTRO Archiving Interface Server, and Customer Enterprise Network for Logger. (Staff recommends approval of the item.)

VIII.3. Discuss and consider action on a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., for plan review and inspection services. (Staff recommends approval of the item.)
