Why is Chopin's Music Great?

If a Drafer creates a file, starts the approval process and completed thus locking the file in Agenda Ready, can a Drafter still edit the file while locked? I started the sequence which moved the file to status: ATS Review and also locked the file. As a drafter, I am unable to unlock files. I have not navigated away from the file after starting the ats process. Will this new text save? Looks like it saved. How about when I navigate out and back in to the locked file while in ATS Review, can I save then? As a Drafer who cannot unlock files, the file is locked, and the ATS Review process is active, I can edit this information without issues ans SAVE....
