APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2019-227 Request for approval of the Historic Landmark Commission meeting minutes of February 5th, 2019.

1. 2019-217 Request for approval for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a 10’ 9" x 7'.6" self-supported commercial complex sign located at 153 S. Main Street, (Shops at 153 Main). Take necessary action.

2. 2019-218 Request for approval for a Certificate of Appropriateness for an 18” X 30” wall sign located at 153 S. Main Street, (Shops at 153 Main). Take necessary action.

3. 2019-222 Request for approval for a Certificate of Appropriateness for exterior color selection located at 711 S. Main Street, (Phyllis Browning Company). Take necessary action.

4. 2019-223 Request for approval for a Certificate of Appropriateness for a 4’ x 6’ Free standing sign located at 720 North Main Street (Southern Voice Vintage). Take necessary action.
